Hello, I am trying to sort keyword list by "Relevance" on Keyword Mining tool, but the button is passive for relevance. May I ask why and how to sort them by relevance without downloading all data?

Hi there! If you've set filtering criteria, sorting by relevance won't be available. But no worries—once you remove the filters, you’ll be able to sort all keywords easily, no download needed!
Way too expensive, it's the same as Helium10 (Platinum ($99) $65/month). But Helium10 is very well known in the industry. I have a discount code for SellerSprite, and yet it's still the same price as Helium10?I'm sorry, but I don't know you, I can hardly find any information about you. I constantly find things that don't work. There are too many points against you and everything else is just empty promises that I can't verify in such a short time and therefore can't trust.It's also very, very difficult to contact you, if not impossible. No, an AI bot doesn't count as a positive, and that's a very important point and doesn't work at all. Contact only by phone, just to delete my account? That's not acceptable. The least I should be able to do is delete my account without having to beg for it. All of this shows that, unfortunately, you are not very trustworthy.A really bad process, and I have no confidence in SellerSprite, precisely because of such poor processes.

Hello. I have a free membership on the SellerSprite application. I used to be able to see the sellers, their stock statuses, and FBA-FBM information when querying the current stock situation. However, even though there are 10 sellers now, it only displays information for a single seller. How can I fix this issue? The relevant image is attached.
